Teacher Information
Mrs. Gibbs has been teaching at Carrington for the past fifteen years. She grew up in Northeast Georgia with her family. She graduated from UNC Asheville. She enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Gillette is a former Carrington Cougar and is thrilled to be teaching at her old school. She graduated from Wingate University with a degree in Elementary Education. She and her husband have been married almost three years and are enjoying watching there daughter, Peyton, grow as she approaches one year of age. She loves music, volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
This is Mrs. McCall’s thirteenth year teaching at Carrington Middle School. She has a degree in Secondary English from Clemson University. Mrs. McCall lives in Rougemont with her husband and two lively young sons. She enjoys reading, spending time with her boys Eli (6), a 1st grader, and Noah (4) in preschool, and watching the Green Bay Packers play football. Mrs. McCall is the Battle of the Books coach and sponsor on the Board Game Club.
Mr. Miller is beginning his thirteenth year teaching Social Studies at Carrington Middle School. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys playing golf and other sport related activities. Most importantly, his passion is the Pittsburg Steelers. Mr. Miller’s wife is the assistant principal at Little River Elementary School. His daughter, Sydney, is a 4th grader at Little River, his son, Cameron, is five years old and starting Kindergarten, and his youngest daughter, Addison, is one.
